Drive for Bulk Transport Company, Inc. (BTC), a trusted bulk carrier with over 50 years of experience and take pride in safely hauling dry bulk commodities such as raw product cement, lime, fly ash and other dry products. We’re hiring Local CDL-A Dry Bulk Drivers to operate in and around the Chesapeake, VA area, averaging 1,000-1,600 miles per week with routes that offer daily home time. BTC provides experienced drivers with comprehensive onboarding covering all aspects of the position, including loading and unloading procedures, safety requirements, equipment operation, and required inspections

Pay Range: 46800.00-57200.00 per_year, General Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements
  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience or 12 months of verifiable experience within the past 3 years
  • Valid CDL-A
  • DOT qualified
  • Must pass a comprehensive drug test
  • Satisfactory safety and employment history
